Sometimes, the smallest workflows can save the most time - and this one is one of them.

It’s not as simple as having an AI step looking at an inbound email and writing a good reply. We’re actually leveraging knowledge retrieval based on your selected company documents to write that answer. That way, AI is able to write information that’s actually relevant.

For example if you’ve documented a return policy, stored it in Lookio (easiest platform to implement premium RAG in your AI automation), you can integrate this information into the email drafts, and the human (e.g. your Sales Rep) opens their inbox and see an excellent pre-written email they can manually review and send.
