About

Seven years of no-code, mostly Airtable, Webflow, Softr and n8n, then close to four years building with AI on top of it: internal tools, automations, custom agents, and AI features shipped inside real products. That's what compounds with agents like Claude Code and Codex, because what carries over is the logic and not the tool. It applies to the products you ship and to the knowledge work inside your own company, and that's the angle I write and teach from.

Today I'm at Softr, one of the platforms businesses use to build their own software in the age of AI. It's an eight-figure ARR company rewriting both its product and the way its team works to be AI native, and I get to work in the middle of that.

It's all things I actually shipped: a tool to query a CRM in plain language, a support assistant, a migration that tripled German and French traffic, and on the side AI Glot, Lookio and a job board live since 2023. Before Softr it was a student entrepreneurship association, the French Ministry for the Ecological Transition, then close to four years of GTM automation and AI implementation at a climate scale-up in Berlin. I'd rather publish a technique I've tested than something that would do well on LinkedIn.
