Why it still runs
It costs almost nothing to keep up and people use it. The work sits in automations rather than in me: sourcing, deduplication and publishing are a workflow, and a Telegram bot handles the email side with me in the loop for anything unclear.
What I haven't figured out
The business model. I've tried employer listings, a talent pool, and a pay-what-you-want button to promote a job. None of them has clearly won yet. It's a distribution asset still looking for the right way to make money, and I'd rather say that than dress it up.
